About

Born in Amsterdam in 1983 from Greek and German parents, after having lived most of my life in Switzerland, I moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2007. I graduated with a licenciatura in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), then  moved to Sweden and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Uppsala (UU). I’m generally curious about the relationship that binds the unconscious, most primitive dimension of individual being, with the grand scale of culture and international politics, with a particular focus on large-group phenomena and totalitarian ideology. I also like cooking, eating, practicing sports, photography, and some other mundane activities. My wish with this blog is to be able to enter a dialogue with people interested in similar issues from around the world. Any feedback, suggestions, and comments are appreciated.
